Spartan–Ronin Five Rings Project – FIRE (Pandia Platform)
Fire is motion made intentional. The first release in the Spartan–Ronin Five Rings Project, FIRE is a collaboration between Spartan Blades and Tu Lam of Ronin Tactics, built on our new Pandia titanium-framed folding knife. Inspired by The Book of Five Rings by Miyamoto Musashi, FIRE embodies decisive engagement—closing distance, taking initiative, and controlling rhythm.
In Musashi’s teaching, Fire is the element of direct action: commit without hesitation, pressure forward, and win the exchange through timing and momentum. This knife is built to echo that mindset—fast in hand, clean in carry, and ready when the moment demands movement.
The 6AL4V titanium frame and hardware deliver exceptional strength in a thin, lightweight form. A precision-machined monolithic titanium pocket clip integrates seamlessly into the handle, preserving the Pandia’s clean, uninterrupted silhouette.
FIRE carries a distinctive visual signature: the titanium frame features an image of Tu Lam, portrayed as a stylized samurai in a modern context—a tribute to the enduring warrior ethos translated into today’s world: disciplined, adaptive, and always forward.
This edition is equipped with a Chad Nichols Damascus blade—layered, dynamic, and unmistakable. Its flowing pattern mirrors the character of fire itself: constantly moving, alive with energy, and shaped by the hand of a master. The spear point blade with a high flat grind enhances slicing performance for smooth, precise cuts with minimal effort, while a thoughtfully placed sharpening choil helps ensure the edge can be maintained flawlessly over time.
