The Shamshir is a mid-size folding knife designed by Azo. It features a 3.25" CPM-S35VN trailing point blade and dual thumb studs with a stonewashed finish. CPM-S35VN steel is popular amongst knifemakers for its toughness and edge holding capability. The handles are made from smooth, high strength titanium which is lightweight and corrosion-resistant. The action is smooth and has a satisfying detent for easy one-hand opening. The Shamshir folder is equipped with a tip-up, right carry titanium pocket clip. Includes polishing cloth and black nylon pouch.
Kizer uses high-tech wire EDM machines to cut the parts. This method is slower than laser or waterjet but Kizer feels the quality is worth the wait. Each component in Kizer knives is precision machined and engineered to the finest tolerances.
