Perfect design combines with elegance to create this modern version of the Fairbain Sykes dagger. The ER Commando is very true to the original Fairbain Sykes' dimensions and shape. Superb reincarnation of a very famous dagger that has a well documented history. THE BLADE:
The ER Commando blade is made with N690 cobalt stainless steel. Precisely tapered with a sharply pointed blade. Pleasing to your eye but still very functional. Slender and strong. Perfect symmetry. Beautifully proportioned.
THE HANDLE:
The ER Commando handle in this updated version is finely textured to provide you with an excellent anti-slip grip. This textured handle gives you a secure grip with both wet or gloved hands. It replaces the Fairbain Sykes' knurled brass one. The tang is round and extends beyond the handle to form a pommel with a lanyard hole. Your hand is well protected with an oval shaped guard that includes a lanyard hole on each side of it.
THE SHEATH:
All black, reinforced soft sheath. The slender sheath is made exclusively for the ER Commando and provides two straps to hold the dagger firmly. MOLLE compatible.
