The Hoback MCUT (Modular Combat Utility Tool) is a versatile tactical axe with a dramatic design inspired by the Jake Hoback Knives logo. Since designing the logo 13 years ago Jake has always wanted to turn this distinctive design into a reality. The MCUT has finally made that dream come true.
The MCUT offers a modular axe head that can be easily reconfigured for a multitude of useful configurations. The handle is made from Type III hard-anodized 6061T6 aluminum, for a durable build without too much extra weight. It has a precision machined cover plate that safely secures the head in place.
